Herzog's Cooperative Structure
Herzog members live in the house for the summer or academic semesters. We do not own our house nor set the rent, but we are committed to making our community financially accessible.
We operate on an honor-based pay-what-you-can rent system. Everyone contributes to the collective fund which enables creative visions, communal dinners, and general maintenance. Each Herzog member takes on unique roles and responsibilities.
